  • Please join us for our annual Continuing Medical Education Conference in Houston, Texas from October 13-16, 2022. Registration is LIVE! Our current schedule including speakers and workshops is listed on our website. We have lots of hands-on workshops that you can participate in. We will be live-streaming the event and recording it so you can watch it on-demand if you are unable to attend in person.  

  • We are looking forward to PA week 2022! We want to celebrate PAs and all they do! We would like to highlight some of our amazing surgical PAs.   • Finally, in the spirit of PA week, we will have an AASPA store available online. If you’d like to purchase some AASPA gear, please check our website and social media sites for more information. 

  • Please join us for our PA Student Networking event on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 7pm CST. You must be an active PA student in order to attend. Please register for this event on our website.

  • We are hosting a Fundamental Critical Care Support (FCCS) course this November. The course will be held virtually. Please check our website for more information.

  • Congratulations to our member of the monthSyuzanna Leigh, PA-S! Syuzanna is currently in her final year of PA school at D’Youville University in New York. She was selected as our 2022 AASPA Scholarship Recipient. Syuzanna has already demonstrated great capacity for leadership by holding student leadership positions at the New York State Society of Physician Assistants (NYSSPA), the Western New York Physician Assistant Association (WNYPAA) and as a volunteer member of the AAPA Advocacy and Policy Committee. She plans to work as a neurosurgical PA upon graduation.
